Catherine Sas, KC, will be moderating a panel on October 31, 2024 for a CILA event titled Business Immigration: Popular Immigration and Work Permit Streams.

The event is sponsored by VisaBusinessPlans.ca, Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association (CILA), and features presenters Siavash Shekarian and Howard Greenberg.  Siavash and Howard will preset a comprehensive overview of the most prominent federal (e.g., Start-up Visa), PNP, and WP streams for entrepreneurs. The session will delve into the pros and cons of each stream, what to be mindful of, tips to prepare strong applications, and more.
