Zuzana’s own immigration journey began when she was 17 years old moving from her native Slovakia to Vancouver with her family. After completing her education in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Vancouver Community College, Zuzana began working with international students as an admissions advisor. It was during this initial career of assisting international students that Zuzana developed her passion for the field of immigration and assisting with people’s aspirations to come to Canada as she did with her own family. Zuzana joined Sas and Ing this past August as our Office Administrator and is flourishing in her role to oversee and coordinate all client communication and file management for the office. She is fluent in English, Czech and Slovak and is proudly pursuing her “favourite” language: Spanish. When she is not overseeing the smooth operation of the office Zuzana loves movies and a wide range of sports.
A Peruvian native, Roxana first came to Canada as a visitor in 2015 to both explore the country and study English as a Second Language (ESL). She fell in love with Vancouver and ultimately chose to further her education here pursuing a diploma at BCIT in International Trade and Transportation Logistics. During the course of completing her studies she met her future husband John who ultimately sponsored her for Canadian permanent residence. Roxana became a PR in October of 2019.
Before coming to Canada, Roxana was an employment and immigration lawyer in Lima for seven years. Given her background in immigration law in Peru together with her personal immigration experience, she was naturally drawn to a career at Sas and Ing where she started as an immigration paralegal in September 2019. Roxana is fluent in Spanish and English and aims to complete her law degree in Canada.
