Sas & Ing Immigration Law CentreSas & Ing are pleased to share the announcement about Canada’s newest immigration program for healthcare and essential workers and international students currently in Canada.
This new program will accept up to 90,000 inCanada applicants starting May 6, 2021.
This exciting new program is open to the following categories of applicants:
| Temporary workers in healthcare: | Up to 20,000 applicants |
| Temporary workers in essential occupations: | Up to 30,000 applicants |
| International graduates: | Up to 40,000 applicants |
| French speaking applicants outside Quebec: | No limit |
Applications can be submitted from May 6, 2021 until November 5, 2021, unless the cap for each category is reached.
In order to qualify for the program, you must have a valid language test at CLB level 4 for workers and CLB level 5 for international students. For information about languages tests please see here: Language Testing Centres.
