Victor Ing is teaching a live seminar through LPEN titled “Judicial Review: A to Z” on September 7, 2023 at 11:00am EST.

This course will provide an overview of the judicial review process and how to prepare and present a client’s case to the Federal Court. The instructor will review the pros and cons of the judicial review process and provide practical tips on managing client expectations, negotiating out-of-court-settlements, and preparing arguments based on best practices and court practice guidelines.
